Do not use at temperatures above 500 degrees Fahrenheit (260 degrees Celsius)- use low to medium heat settings. Do not use directly over open flame or heat source. Do not fold or cut mat. Do not use sharp metal objects or utensils as they could scratch the mat. Wash in warm soapy water after use and dry with soft cloth. Lay flat when not in use.
